Growing up in Seattle, I've always had a passion for the outdoors.
My passion for sustainability comes from my desire to protect natural spaces that I've come to love through hiking, backpacking, and climbing.
In 2018, I did my first backpacking trip to Patagonia with my sister, where we spent a month chasing incredible vistas and recentered ourselves against the backdrop of the rugged Patagonian sky. See the video below to get a glimpse of our trip!
Since then, I've continued to explore the world and now do it through rock climbing as well - my goal is to spend time climbing in each of the 50 states!
Dec 2019: New Zealand with my high school friends!
Dec 2020: US Roadtrip from PGH > SEA > SD > PGH, exploring the National Parks in CA, UT, and CO
Dec 2021: Roadtrip from KC > CO > NM > TX

The rest of the time when I'm not trying to get away from civilization, you'll usually find me on the field, playing ultimate frisbee.
I started playing ultimate my sophomore year of college, and haven't stopped ever since. My teammates are some of the best humans I know, and I've learned so much from them!
I firmly believe that playing ultimate makes me a better person by helping me build skills such as leadership, communication, and self-discipline. Ultimate has taught me that success is the accumulation of hard work, and it's helped me build my self-confidence by forcing me to learn from my failures on the field.
Below is a video I made of the graduating seniors from last year, just to showcase a little of what we do! I also helped redesign our team's website.
